Parker & Company was founded by our President and CEO Frank Parker in 1984 to service the needs of US and foreign multi-national companies located on the border and in the interior of Mexico.


mcallenOur first office opened in Brownsville, Texas in 1985.


PharrA second office opened in McAllen, Texas in 1992.


LaredoIn 1996, a third location was opened in Laredo, Texas.


In 1996, a sales and customer service office was opened in Monterrey, Mexico.  The office in Monterrey now handles operations.


Since 2003, Parker & Company has been C-TPAT Certified as a Broker for all US locations. Frank Parker  is the person in charge of C-TPAT Compliance along with all management staff. Parker & Company has been very proactive with the trade community in promoting C-TPAT and FAST and assisting companies in their certification process.


Today, Parker & Company has approximately 55 employees company wide, including four Licensed Customs Brokers on staff who are all NCBFAA Certified Customs Specialists. Parker & Company is an ISO 9001 Certified Company with a full time Corporate Quality Coordinator on staff. All of our personnel undergo training in their prospective areas of expertise. Parker & Company’s management team has years of experience in handling border international trade business focusing in the Maquiladora industry which makes us one of the best and most reliable companies in our industry.
